Left the laptop with Trevor at 11am. Fault was diagnosed (unrecoverable!) mid afternoon. Quote and explanation received at the same time. (email and SMS) Great communication. I picked up a working laptop at 11am the following day. Excellent!

A quick phone call to AlphaGeeks and I drove straight there to leave my 13" MacBook Air to have a new battery fitted. I was quoted $170 total cost and sure enough 48hrs later when I collected it with the new battery fitted that is exactly what it cost. Great service and such easy access, parking right at the door! Fantastic service from the get go, they got me a backup solution to my failed Imac so I could continue on with my jobs ASAP. They also wiped and resent my laptop and kept me posted along the way.
